The main purpose of being at sea is to relax and feel good, in which case you are dependent on healthy batteries in constant need of care, battery charging and maintenance. CTEK’s specially developed marine battery chargers, M200 (15A) and M300 (25A), do exactly this in the simplest and safest conceivable way.
CTEK’s battery chargers do not spark, have reverse-polarity protection and are short-circuit proof which makes them totally safe for use by anyone onboard, particularly bearing in mind that batteries produce gas and are often installed in more confined areas. The electronic equipment on your boat is both essential and expensive. It is reassuring to know that the battery chargers are totally safe for electronics.
These extremely smart battery chargers do not produce any harmful galvanic currents, either, which would otherwise be a constant threat to your boat’s metal parts under the waterline such as the propeller, ladder, etc.
The unique RECOND mode processes and counteracts any acid layer formation in the battery that results from deep discharges or when the boat is idle for long periods. This gives the battery an extremely long service life and retains its capacity.
The NIGHT setting charges silently during the night, contributing to a pleasant and peaceful night... undisturbed.
